An effects instrument built around one XY pad. Scan a code and your phone drives it over your own Wi-Fi — move, record the movement, let it loop.
What it does
- Pair your phone
Scan the QR code in the plugin and your phone becomes a touch surface over the local network. No app, no account, no internet.
- One pad, every effect
The X and Y axes each morph a setting on every effect you put on the pad, so one gesture moves the whole chain.
- Record the movement
Capture a gesture and it plays back as a loop — automation you performed rather than drew.
- Dice & Reroll
Dice randomises the settings of the effects on the pad. Reroll swaps which effects are on it.

A recorded fragment becomes an instrument. Catch a phrase, freeze it, push it through five ways of pitching and six echo machines — then play it from a keyboard.
Four moves
- 01Record
Hold RECORD and sing — or reach back with CAPTURE for the last few seconds the buffer already heard.
- 02Freeze
Cut the fragment off from the input. From then on it stays what it is; overdub onto it if you want more.
- 03Transform
Pitch it ±24 semitones, lock it to a scale, move the formant, then add body, age and drive.
- 04Play
MIDI notes play the fragment — gated or enveloped, with glide, reverse and drone.
Five characters
Five ways of pitching, not five tone colours.
Six echo machines
- Digital
- Clean and diffuse — the default.
- Tape
- Deep wow and flutter, head bump, a core with memory.
- Bucket
- Longer means slower means darker. The noise breathes.
- Oil Can
- A disc turning in oil — metallic, swirling, never still.
- Multi Tap
- An early-eighties rack: fixed taps, 12-bit output.
- Tube
- Drum heads into a tube stage — repeats get warm, not loud.
