01This licence
This licence applies to every Negativ Labs plugin and sound pack, paid or free. By installing a plugin or using the sounds you agree to it. You buy a licence to use the product; Negativ Labs keeps ownership of the software and the recordings.
02Plugins
You may install and use a plugin on up to two computers that you own or that are used mainly by you, for example a studio machine and a laptop.
You may not sell, rent, lend, share or give away the plugin or your licence key, or put the installer where others can download it.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the plugin, except where the law explicitly allows it.
03Sound packs
You may use the sounds in music and audio you make — released, sold, streamed, broadcast or used in film, games and adverts — without paying royalties or crediting us.
You may not redistribute the sounds on their own or in a form where they can be extracted: no sample packs, sound libraries, construction kits, preset banks or AI training data built from them, whether free or paid.
04Free products
Free products such as KINEVA come under the same terms. You may tell people about them and link to our site, but please do not re-host the download.
05Transfer
You may transfer a plugin licence to someone else once, if you stop using it yourself. Write to us and we will move it to the new owner.
06Warranty and liability
We test our products carefully, but they are provided as they are, without any promise that they will suit every purpose or run without errors on every system. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
07Ending the licence
The licence ends if you break these terms. You must then remove the product from your computers. Music you have already made and released with our sounds stays yours.
