01Who you buy from
Our products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes your payment, charges the VAT or sales tax that applies where you live, sends your receipt and invoice, and delivers your download and licence key. Its buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
Negativ Labs makes the products and supports them. Questions about a product go to support@negativlabs.com.
02Prices
Prices are shown at checkout in your currency, including any tax that applies to you.
03Delivery
Plugins and sound packs are digital downloads. The download link and, for plugins, the licence key are emailed straight after payment and stay available in your order account.
04System requirements
Each product page lists the formats and systems it runs on. Please check them before you buy; if you are unsure, ask us first.
05Your right to cancel
If you live in the EU or the UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that right ends once the download starts, and at checkout you agree to immediate delivery on that basis.
If a product does not work on a system that meets its requirements and we cannot fix it, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
06Updates
Updates within the same major version are free, for example 1.0 to 1.9. A new major version may be a paid upgrade, at a reduced price for existing owners.
